Earn Certification for Yoga Alliance Registration
All training is Registered with Yoga Alliance:
- Yoga Alliance requires 95 Hours of training in the specialty of kids yoga
- Yoga Alliance requires a 200 Hour Adult Yoga Teacher Training to teach adult yoga
- Both training are required to register for the specialty as a Children's Yoga Teacher.
Train with a Cohort
You'll train with a cohort to support you to become a confident yoga teacher. Your trainers will be there to guide you every step of the way.
Teach Children
Gain confidence teaching children, teaching yoga poses, and earn your 95 Hour Certificate from our Yoga Alliance RCYS. Includes up to 23 Hours of real-time training on Zoom and 72 Hours of self-paced training over the summer. Graduate by Dec. 31, 2025 or before.
Teach Adults
You'll get comprehensive manuals with lesson plans, yoga pose techniques training, and yoga philosophy. Includes 154 hours of real-time training meeting mostly on Tuesday's from October to April. The remaining 46 hours you complete on your own time with graduation .

What Certificates do I earn with the Super-Bundle?
The super-bundle includes the 95 Hour Children's Yoga Teacher Training and the 200 Hour Adult Yoga Teacher Training. You can earn both certificates from our Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Schools and use them for the Registered Children's Yoga Teacher designation with Yoga Alliance.
How long do I have access to the training?
You have lifetime access to the Self-Paced Training in the Children's and Adult yoga training. You have access to the real-time training to learn with your cohort. Replays of the real-time training are available for a limited time. See each training for full details.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds. Please be sure when you purchase. If you would like check out the training approach, you are encouraged to watch the free monthly training recording and/or attend the live training before purchasing the paid training.
What is the Super Bundle?
The Super Bundle is our biggest savings package and includes the two certificates required for the Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) designation with Yoga Alliance:
- 95 Hour Training to earn your Children's Yoga Teacher Certificate which you can start now and complete by Dec. 31, 2025.
- 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate which starts in October and finishes in April 2026. This training includes 144 Hours of Real-time training on Zoom and 56 Hours of self-paced training which can be started at any time.
